摘要
总结了我院1994年1月～1996年12月收治的77例卵巢癌病人的血清CA125检测结果。上皮性卵巢癌的阳性检出率为72.1％,其中29例手术病人复查表明对疗效观察很有价值,血清CA125作为卵巢癌的肿瘤标志物,对上皮性卵巢癌的诊断及病情与疗效观察具有重要的临床意义。
From January 1994 to December 1996,77 patients of ovarian cancer whose serum CA125 assay result were treated. The positive rate of serum CA125 of epthelial ovarian cancer was 72.1 %. Among 29 patients of operation reexamination result showed that was very great value for curetive observe.The test of serum CA125 acted as a tumor marker of Epithelical ovarian cancer have an important value.
