摘要ＰＳＰＩＣＥＭＯＤＥＬＬＩＮＧＯＦＬＥＤＣｈｅｎＪｉａｎｐｉｎｇ（陈建平）（ＮａｔｉｏｎａｌＫｅｙＬａｂ．ｏｎＬｏｃａｌＦｉｂｅｒ－ＯｐｔｉｃＣｏｍｍｕｎｉｃａｔｉｏｎＮｅｔｗｏｒｋｓａｎｄＡｄｖａｎｃｅｄＯｐｔｉｃａｌＣｏｍｍｕｎｉｃａｔｉｏｎＳｙ... PSpice model of light emitting diode(LED) is presented.Important points dealing with the transient behavior of LED are given.The simulation results are in good agreement with the data provided by the manufacturer.
