Axisymmetric coupled thermoelasticity is investigated by finite element method,and the inertia effect is also considered.A quasi-thermal conduction equation is obtained through transformation.A numerical algorithm is proposed based on the Newmark technology.The effect of inertia and coupling is investigated.
