摘要
将概率分布函数的位置特征值用于煤炭可选性的表征,研究了煤炭密度组成的位置特征值——平均值、众数、中位数、下四分位数和上四分位数与重力分选数量效率的关系,建立了以煤炭密度特征值和分选条件(分选密度δ_p、不完善度I)为自变量的预测分选数量效率的威布尔(Weibull)模型。结果表明,各位置特征值均可反映煤炭的可选性。其中,下四分位数δ_(25)和众数δ_(mod)的效果最好。
The location characteristic values of probability distribution function can be used to illustrate the washability of coal. The relationship between the location characteristic values of the coal density composition including mean, mode, median, the first quartile, the third quartile and the organic efficiency of the gravity separation has been studied. The Weibull model that regards the coal density composition and separation conditions including separation density δ_p and Imperfection (Ⅰ) as the independent variables to forecast the separate organic efficiency has been established. The results demonstrate that the location characteristic values at various positions can present the washability of coal, among all of them, the first quartile δ_(25) and the mode δ_(mod) have been proved to be the best.
