摘要 The synthesis of phenothiazine and phenoxthine was performed very efficiently through the thionation of diphenylamine and diphenyl ether, respectively, with elemental sulfur by using hydrothermally treated HY zeolites as catalysts. The nature of the active sites of the zeolites for the thionation reaction was discussed.
