动力性心肌成形术
摘要
动力性心肌成形术主要是指将带蒂(含神经及血管)的背阔肌引入心包包裹心脏,并对其施以同步电刺激,使其与心脏同步收缩以达到辅助心肌收缩,改善心肌功能的一种手术方式。使背阔肌由Ⅰ型纤维向耐疲劳的Ⅱ型纤维转化,增强其耐疲劳性是这种技术的前提。此术主要用于扩张型心肌病。
