摘要 It was found that cyanocobinamide (CN-Cbi) can be reduced at about -0.50V. The reduction process has an EC mechanism, i.e. the electrochemical reduction of CN-Cbi is accompanied by a decyanation of CN-Cbi. The electrochemical characteristics of CN-Cbi and vitamin B-12 were compared. It was found that cyanocobinamide (CN-Cbi) can be reduced at about -0.50V.
