党的思想教育理论重要组成部分的“灌输”说是党的思想教育工作的原则和方法的辩证统一;大学生在努力成为合格人才过程中存在的两种矛盾:大学生自主意识增强与自主能力弱的矛盾;渴望成才的自发性强与勤奋努力的自觉性弱的矛盾。使他们需要“灌输”教育;对大学生进行灌输教育的3种形式;寓灌输于宣讲,寓灌输于参与,寓灌输于激励。

Inculcation' theory , an important part of the Party's ideological educational theories , is dialectical unity of the principle and method of the Party's ideological educational work. There are two kinds of contradictions in the course of students trying to be qualified personnel: contradiction between strengthened independent consciousness and weakened independent ability and contradiction between strengthened spontaneity to desire to be personnel and weakened consciousness of diligence to be personnel and weakened consciousness of diligence. So that they need 'inculcation' education. There are three forms of inculcating education: to imply it in publicity , in participation and in encouragement.
