摘要
探讨了校园文化的内涵及五个特性——群体性、开放性、非平衡性、自补性和偿试性,并根据这五种特性对照产生耗散结构的四个必要条件,指出校园文化系统也具有耗散结构,存在自组织现象,进而论述在校园文化系统中教师的主导作用与学生的主体作用的辩证关系。
The inquiry is made of connotation of campus culture and five features - group , opening , unbalance, selfcomplementarity and attemping. It is pointed out that there are dissipation structure and self - organizing phenomenon in the system of campus culture . thus expounding dialectical relations between teacher's leading role and student's main role in the system of campus culture.
