This paper utilizes theory and experimental facts to show that the clock loses and the rule shortening areauthentic change of physical property, and that their relationship between space-time alternation of narrowsense relativity in time and space and interconvertibility equation. This paper also deals with the scientieficcontent and importance of narrow sense relativty.
