摘要 结核病(tuberculosis,TB)这种古老的慢性人兽共患病,4千多年前就已流行于全球,而且至今仍危胁着全球近1/3人口的健康[1]。自1921年诞生且是当前唯一可行的卡介苗(Bacillus Calmette-Gufirin,BCG),是至今接种人数最多、使用范围最广的疫苗之一,但该疫苗的免疫保护效果并不理想,
