摘要 研究表明,运动、尤其是剧烈运动时会产生大量自由基。许多学者证实了自由基是引起许多疾病(如运动蛋白尿)与损伤(如运动损伤)的重要因素。为此着重讨论运动对肾脏自由基代谢与运动蛋白尿的关系。 Many investigations show exercise, especially strenuous exercise, result in free radical production. It is proved that free radicals are the important factors that lead to postexercise proteinuria and injury. The review mainly deals with the effects of exerciseinduced free radical metabolism on postexercise proteinuria and the possible mechanism of postexercise proteinuria that are induced by kidney free radicals during exercise.
