摘要
自由泳（ｆｒｅｅｓｔｙｌｅ）比赛转身对成绩的影响，随距离的加长而增大，尤其是短池游泳比赛。通过对１６名男队员分组训练和测验，证明爬泳转身后采用海豚打腿技术。
The influence of turning in freestyle competitions on results is directly proportional to distance, especially in short pool competitions. A test of 16 differently grouped male swimmers demonstrated that the adoption of dolphin kick after turning in freestyle competition is more efficient in improving speed.
