高等学校体育教师的学历层次亟待提高

教师的学历层次是反映教师的基础理论、教学与科研水平和潜在能力的重要标志，也是反映一所学校整体水平的重要因素。培养跨世纪杰出人才，更需要有大批高质量、高水平的教师。然而很多调查表明，高等学校体育教师的学历层次已大大低于其他学科，且差距正逐年拉大。这不仅制约着高校体育工作的发展，也与教育的发展不相适应。因此，努力采取措施解决高校体育教师学历层次低的问题，已成为国家教委和高校体育专家教授们的共识。本文的目的。

Teacher's academic degree is an important sign which indicates teacher's basic theory,teaching and scientific research level,his potentiality and it is also an important element which shows the university's level as a whole.To cultivate outstanding talents over the century needs large qualities of teachers with high qualities and high levels.Much investigation,however,shows that turtiary physical education teacher's ecademic degree is far behind that of the other academic fields,and moreover,the gap becomes larger year after year.This not only restricts the development of turtiary physical education but it is also unsuitable for the educational development,so, to solve this problem has become a common concern of the Education Committee of our state and the turtiarcy experts and professors.The purpose of this paper is to offer some ideas for the raising of the physical education teacher's academic degree.
