体育课堂教学基本要素结构的优化问题，实质上就是寻求教学科学化及提高课堂教学质量的理论问题。其基本要素的价值选择是人的因素，即，教师和学生。通过教师和学生以达到两个主动性和积极性的协调统一，就是体育课堂教学基本要素结构优化的标志。

The problem of optimizing the structure of the essential factors in a physical education Class is in a theoretic one to seek scientific approach and to improve the quality of teaching.On the permis of presuming teaeing objeetive condition and environment that are the optimization adoping the document.material,systeanalysis,and socioanalysis methods and on the basis of a systems theory we put forward that to optimize the whole function of a PE class,We must optimize the structure of these essential factors.The teacher students、teaching material and teaching eriroment the essence of these factors in the human factor,i、e、teachers and students.The realization of the harmonious “role exchange”between the teacher and students so as to achieve their active and enthusiastic cooperation in class is the sign that the structure of the essential classroom factors is optimized.
