摘要
对涤纶(PET)和玻璃的时域介电谱进行了研究。实验结果表明:在涤纶的微分时域介电谱中,随着温度的升高,时域谱线发生分裂且慢极化响应的τ值也增大;玻璃的时域介电谱出现奇异。束缚空间电荷的自由扩散可解释实验结果。
The time domain dielectric spectroscopy for polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film and glass samples is studies. The experimental results show that the line of spectroscopy of PET split up in high temperature condition and the τ n(n>1) of slow response can increase as the temperature rising. The free diffusion of the unquilibrium binding space charge can describe the discharge relaxation process of samples.
