摘要
总结和分析了我国现行的科技奖励制度的基本状况和基本特点，指出了在科技奖励工作中存在的问题，并提出了改进的建议．
The basic conditions and characteristics of the national system of S & T awards are summarized and analysed. The problems in our work with S & T awards are discussed and the improving suggestions are also proposed.
