摘要
在pH5.3~6.6的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,有十二烷基硫酸钠存在,硫化物使Ag(Ⅰ)-5-Br-PADAP络合物的颜色减退。S2-在0~5μg/25mL范围,吸光度减弱与S2-浓度成正比。其表现摩尔吸光系数为1.2×105L·mol-1·cm-1。方法用于污水中硫化物的测定,结果满意。
In the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate,colour of silver(Ⅰ)-5-Br-PADAP complex is faded by sulfide in buffer solution of NaAc-HAc (pH5 3~6 6).The decolour degree of complex is proportional to the concentration of sulfide in the range of 0~5μg/25mL with the apparent molar absorptivity of 1 2×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .The proposed method has been applied to the determination of sulfide in waste water with satisfactory results.
