摘要
研究了铝-二溴苯基萤光酮-TritonX-100析相显色体系,建立了测定茶叶中微量铝的析相光度法。在pH5.0的六次甲基四胺-盐酸缓冲介质中,铝-二溴苯基萤光酮-TritonX-100胶束溶液在95℃加热1h,配合物即被TritonX100相完全富集。最大吸收峰为564nm,铝含量0~9μ/5mL服从比耳定律,方法,应用于茶叶微量铝的测定,结果满意。
The optimum condition of the phase separation colour reaction of Al-dibromophenylfluorone (DBPF) with TritonX-100 has been studied and a method for the determination of trace Al in tea has proposed.In pH5 0(CH 2) 6N 4-HCl buffer mediumn,the complex can be collected in TritonX100 phase when heating at 95℃ for 1h in a boiling water bath.The apparent motar absorptivity of the complex is 5 2×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 564nm.Beet’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 9μg/5mL.the proposed method has been applied to determination of trace amounts of Al in teas with satistactory results.
