摘要
研究了丁基罗丹明B(BRB)-碲钨杂多酸离子缔合物的形成条件,光度特性及分析应用。本体系的摩尔吸光系数ε值1.88×107L·mol-1·cm-1,服从比耳定律范围0~5.6μg/L,对0.12μg/25mLTe(IV)测定的RSD为1.03%(n=10),离子缔合物至少稳定30d,其化学式为(BRB)3H[TeO4(H2WO4)12].本法已用于某些烟尘中碲的测定,结果与电分析法吻合。
Tellurim(IV) was detected spactrophotometrically by using butylrhodamine B and tungstate. The system exhibitis maximum absorptivity of 565nm, having apparent molar absorptivety is 1.88×10 7 L\5mol -1 \5cm -1 . Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0 to 5.6 μ g/L for tellurium(IV). The d、etection limit (3σ) is 0.12 μ g/mL ( n =10). The relative standard deviation evaluated from determination of 0.12 μ g/25 mL for Te(IV) is 1.03%( n =10). The ion-association complex was stable for 30 days. and possible formular of (BRB) 3H TeO 4(H 2WO 4) 12 .The method is satisfactorily applied to the determination of Te(IV) in some smoke ast samples. the results obtained agree well with electroanalytical method.
