摘要
在pH4.5的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质,有PVA和TritonX-100存在下,硫代硫酸根可使Ag(I)-邻菲啉-曙红多元络合物褪色。S2O32-浓度在0~1.2μg/25mL范围内,络合物的褪色程度与S2O2-3浓度成正比,表观摩尔吸光系数为8.10×105L·mol-1·cm-1.本法用于天然水中微量S2O2-3的测定,结果满意。
In the presence of PVA and Triton X-100, colour of polycomponent complex of silver (Ⅰ)-phen-Eosine is faded by thiosulfate in buffer solution of NaAc-HAc(pH 4.5). The decolour degree of complex is proportional to the concentration of thiosulfate in the range of 0-1.2 μ g/25mL with the apparent molar absorptivity of 8.10×10 5 L\5mol -1 \5cm -1 . The proposed method has been applied to the determination of thiosulfate in nature water with satisfactory results.
