最佳逼近分光光度法测定微量镍的研究

摘要 提出在多种干扰离子共存时,分光光度测定微量镍的一种新的曲线拟合方法,根据数学逐步逼近原理,选择最为逼近样品吸收曲线的拟合曲线,计算混合体系中的镍含量.该方法具有准确度高、抗干扰能力强的特点,比经典的单波长测定微量镍有更大的适应性,可以测定合金、矿物等样品中微量的镍. Based on the principle of mathematics, a new analytical method of spectrophotometric determination of trace nickel in the presence of interferents has been proposed. According to coefficients of optimum approaching curve for absorption spectra of sample, the nickal content can be counted with computer. This method has some features such as high accuracy and interference free obility. It has wider application than sigle wavelength spectrophotometric determination. The method is sutable for determining trace nickel in sample such as alloy, mineral.
