Aesthetic rhinoplasty to broad nasal dorsum

目的 :了解鼻背的骨性特点 ,探讨骨性矫正手术对改善鼻背过宽畸形的作用。 方法 :对成年尸体进行解剖形态测量和对临床病例采用鼻外侧 (上颌骨额突 )截骨术。 结果 :解剖资料表明 ,鼻背侧面与颊部平面形成的角度在 12 4～ 160°之间 ,骨性鼻背宽为 2 6.9± 6.3mm,存在较大差异。临床病例显示术前鼻背宽度范围在 31～ 4 5mm之间 ,平均 35.2 mm,术后再次测量宽度为2 3～ 2 9mm,平均 2 6.2 mm,所有病例取得明显的鼻外形改善。 结论 :骨性鼻背宽度有较大变异 。

Objectives:To study the topographic features of nasal dorsum and to assess the effect of bone- reshaped procedure on deformity of broad nasal dorsum. Methods: Anatomic studies in adult cadavers were made.Lateral osteotomy was used to correct nasal deformity of broad dorsum. Results:Anatomic studies found that the angle between the lateral walls of nasal bridge and the facial cheeks was between1 2 4to1 6 0 degree and the base distance of nasal pyramid was2 6 . 9± 6 . 3mm,differences among individuals were signifi- cant.The base distance of nasal pyramid was measured preoperatively,ranging from 31 to 45 mm,averaged35 .2 mm.Measurement after the operation showed that base distance was dramatically reduced,ranging from 2 3to 2 9mm,averaged 2 6 .2 mm.The clear aesthetic im- provement was seen in all patients. Conclusions:A significant difference on the base dis- tance of nasal pyramid seems present,lateral osteotomy is of value in aesthetic plastic surgery to broad nasal dorsum.
