摘要
论述了在超精坐标控制系统中，采用传统控制方法的线性步进电机控制系统所遇到的问题，介绍了适合于超精控制的新的线性步进电机控制方法及原理．
In this paper,the problems of the ultraprecision coordinate control system engaging linear stepping motor controlled in a traditional manner are discussed.The new ways and principles of linear stepping motor control suitable for ultra-precision control system are presented.
