简述了工序质量检验的智能方法及应用人工神经网络技术进行质量控制图异常模式自动识别等质量控制的智能化方法.重点介绍了作者提出的基于质量特性预测、采用自适应自校正网络的质量控制方法,以及依据确定性测量理论、应用有监督线性特征映射网络(SLFM)的过程参数控制法.
In this paper, the intelligent methods have been introduced into the procedure quality inspection and quality control, such as automatic e anomalous pattern recognition of quality control with the application of ANN technology. The emphases are put on the quality characteristics control and adaptive correetive network-based quality control and the deterministic metrology and supervised linear feature mapping network-based process parameters control method
