摘要
从科研和生产的实际出发,对数控展成电解加工中阴极与工件之间的相对运动方式进行了较为细致的分析,并且从机床运动机构和数控系统两个方面提出了实现的方案.该方案已转化为实际的数控展成电解机床,获得了良好的加工效果.
This paper details the cathodes and their movements in relation to the workpiece in the process of Nurmerical Control Electrochemical Contour Evolution Machining (NC- ECCEM), as well as the implementation scheme of mechanical aspect and the numerical control system of the NC-ECCEM maching tool.
