摘要
从理论和实验角度分析了移动桥式三坐标测量机的动态误差源.对动态误差进行了测量、建模和补偿,大大提高了高速测量中的精度.
The dynamic error of CMM is the most important contributor to the overall inaccuray in fast scanning measurement. In this peper, the dynamic error sources of a moving bridge CMM are studied by both theoretical and experimental analyses. The dynamic error has been measured, modelled and compensated. As a result, the accuracy of the CMM during fast probing has been improved.
