摘要
激光功率谱借助电子计算机能时高速砂轮的磨损进行在城非接触式检测.概要介绍了激光功率话检测原理,检测装置,较详细叙述了激光功率谱对砂轮磨损的在线监测的可行性和监测试验,并指出本检测装置能实现全自动检测,10s内完成10240个数据的采集处理及打印,借助砂轮摩耗磨粒切刃的分布图形能直观评判整个砂轮的磨损状态.
The laser power spectrum techology can be adopted in the noncontact on - line detection of high-speed grinding wheel wear with the aid of computer. The principle and the device of wear detection with laser power spectrum are briefly introduced. The feasibility and the test of monitoring the grinding wheel wearon-line by laser power spectrum are detailed. The full automatic wear detection can be available with the de-vice featuring aoquisition, analysis and output printing of 10240 data points within 10s. The wear condition of grinding wheel can be evaluated by means of the grinding wheel topography.
