摘要
通过对定子内轮廓曲线的深入分析研究,模拟了数控坐标磨床的快速插房法,采用螺旋式编程法,在现有数控加工中心上实现了定子内轮廓曲线由削加工,获得了较好的轮廓型面及经济效益.
On the basis of probing into the internal contour of a stator, the rapid interpolation grinding proocass in a NC coordinate grinding machine has been simulated. With the spiral programming method, the internal contour has been ground successfully in the existing CNC machining center. The internal surface machinedand the economic effect obtained are satisfying.
