绵阳师专生物系几十名学生在四川省几十个县对麻雀的数量骤然减少及原因等进行了调查,并对调查的结果进行了分析,指出保护生态环境的重要性.

The author of this paper succeeded in organizing the students of Biology Department in investigating the cause of the vanishment of sparrows from quite a few counties of Sichuan province. This paper gives a reasonable analysis of the result of this investigation.
