应用SBK库提供的文本合成语音引擎,开发CAET听力训练辅助系统,具有音质高、成本低、灵活性强、易于普及的特性.
A low - cost, highly-flexible and easy-using CAET Listening-training assisting system with high voice quality can be developed by using Text-to-speech f untion of SBK.
