摘要
提出了一种利用单片机对小型精密注塑机进行闭环控制的方案,在液压系统中采用比例流量阀和比例压力阀代替原有的节流阀和溢流阀,实现了多级速度和压力控制;利用8098单片机实现了顺序动作控制;采用位置式积分分离PID算法,使用中断控制,实现了对温度的闭环控制;全部软件用PL/M语言编写.经联机调试,现场运行,结果证明方案和算法是合理的.
This paper introduces a close-loop control method to control a small precision plastic injection molding by a single-chip computer. In hydraulic system, the proportional flow valve and proportional pressure valve replace the original throttles and relief valves to make the multi-level velocity and pressure control.The sequence control is realized by a 8098 single-chip computer,and the close-loop control of temperature is realized by using the integral separate PID and interrupt control.All the software are written by PL/M language, and determining the injecting velocity and pressure control method, the control algorithm is also given. Through on-line debug and working on site, the result proves that the control method and algorithm are possible and reasonable.The sequence and close-loop temperature microcomputer control is realized in a small-precision plastic injection molding.
