蒸发器中的沸腾换热与减压蒸发的过热度

摘要 沸腾换热是料液在蒸发器内获得快速浓缩的主要热工过程.本文在分析了沸腾换热机理后指出沸腾换热强度取决于过热度,进而找出了多效减压蒸发装置中获得过热度存在的问题,提出了获得各效理想过热度的对策. Boiling heat exchange is main heat-transfer process when fluid quickly concentrated in the ebullator. Analyzed the mechanism of boiling heat exchange, this paper assigns that the intensity of boiling heat exchange is decided by super-heat degree, and then, finds out the existing problem of super-heat degree in multiple effect decompress ebullator. Final, the ways to deal with ideal super-heat degree are posed.
