摘要
以产黄纤维单胞菌CL1和芽孢杆菌xx-01为出发株,经诱变处理后,在含葡萄糖的产酶培养基平板上筛选到能形成较大透明圈的抗分解代谢物阻遏突变株.其中CL1的突变株CMC酶活可提高2.1倍(60.1U/ml),微晶纤维素酶可提高3~4倍(39.5U/ml),芽孢杆菌xx-01的CMC酶活可提高5.0倍(780U/ml)。
Cellulomonas flavigena CL 1 and Bacillus xx-01 were chosen as original strains. The strains were continually mutagenized, catabolite repression-resistant mutants were selected on the producing enzyme medium plate in the presence of excessive glucose. These mutants can shape bigger transparent ring, Cx activity of CL 1 mutant can increase 2-1 times (60.1U/ml), avicelase activity can increase 3-4 times (39.5U/ml), Bacillus xx-01 C x activity can increase 5 times (780U/ml), and was studied situation of CL 1 constitutive mutant on hydrolyzed natural cellulose.
