零件的参数设计

摘要 本文讨论了零件参数的设计问题。引入概率设计方法,计算出在题设给定设计方案下的产品正品率为11.7%,次品率为61.9%,废品率为26.4%,总费用为319.50万元。随后运用逐步寻优的方法并结合“信号噪声比”控制进行零件参数标定值设计,得出在容差取最便宜等级时的最优参数标定值向量为:(0.075,0.335,0.O85,0.125,1.125,12,0.6125)此时的正品率为74.4%,次品率为25.5%,废品率为0.1%,总费用为46.40万元。根据产品参数对零件参数变化的灵敏度进行容差设计,得到最优容差等级向量为:(B,B,B,C,C,B,B)此时正品率为85.1%,次品率为14.8%,废品率为0.1%,总费用为42.40万元。 This paper discusses the problem of parametar design of spares,Applying the rnethod of probability,qualified product rate is equal to 11. 7%,substandard pooduct rate is elual to 61. 9%,waste product rate is equal to 36. 4%,with a total expenditure of 3. 195 million yuan under the given conditions. Then the approaches or optimllm seeking method and the ratio of signal to noise are used to carry on a pararneter design of demarcate value,and optimuna parameter demareate Value vector are derived at,(0.075,0. 33:7, 0.085,0. 125, 1. 125, 12,0. 6125) Qualified product rate is equal to 74. 4%, substandard products rate is equal to 25.5%,waste product rate is equal to 0. 1 % at a time,According to variance analysis of sensitivity to parameter of spares, optimum variance grade vectors are derived at (B,B,B,C,C,B, B),When qualified product raTe is equal to 85. 1 %,substand are products rate is equal to 14.8%,waste product ra:e is equal to 0. 1 %,with a total expenditure of 0. 424 million yuan.
