本文研究在微分学中泰勒公式的拉格期日余项，给出了此余项中值点的渐近性，推广了文献[2]的结果，指出了［2］中错误。

In this paper,the autot studies the Langrange remainder of the Taylor formular in differential Calculus,and obtains the asymptotis behavior of middle Value point for that,thusextends the result in[1].
