IC卡单相分时段多费率电度表的研制

The Design of Single-phase, Time-distinction, Multiple Power Rate Kilowatthour Meter Applying A SmartCard

本文介绍了当前较为先进、在各个领域应用广泛的IC卡在用电管理和计费收费方面的应用。IC卡单相分时段多费率电度表的核心部件采用M68HC05单片机。它对传统电度表的计数信号进行转换后的电脉冲信号进行计数，并实现了多费率的划分与计费。用IC卡对用电进行控制，实现了“先收费后用电”。其中重点阐述了该电表的工作原理、功能以及硬件组成和软件结构。

Nowadays,Smart Cards are widely used in many fields. An application in management of electircal consuming and the charge of electricity is presented in this paper. We design a novel kilowatthour meter by means of a Smart Card. The key device of the kilowatthour meter is a shit MCU- -M68HC05. the function of 'fee charged before electricity consumedllis well realized. The principle,main function and the composition of hardware and software of the kilowatthour meter are mainly discussed.
