一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元在大鼠尾壳核和大脑皮质中的分布 被引量:1

摘要 为了阐明一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元在大脑中的分布特点,我们采用冰冻切片NADPH d组织化学方法和彩色图象分析技术,检测了NOS神经元在尾壳核及额顶叶大脑皮质中的数密度、面密度及单个细胞的平均面积 结果表明,尾壳核中NOS细胞密度较皮质中高,尾壳核头部较尾部高,它们均有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验为研完神经系统疾病与NOS的相关性。 The distrybution of nitric oxide synthase ( NOS) positive neurons in the frozen section of the rat brain were observed by using NADPH diaphorase histochemistry and color Image Andyser we measured surface density and humerical density of NOS positive neurons in the caudate putamen and the frontal parietal cortex The results ohows that neurous deusity ( NOS) in caudate - putamen is greater than in coriex The hread of cau-date putamen is great than the botton There is a sharp difference in both (P<0.05) This experiment has provided The basic evidnete for the research of illnesses in nerve system and the relationship in NOS
