聚合酶链反应检测新生儿沙眼衣原体肺炎初探

DETECTING CHIAMYDIA TRACHOMATIS FROM NEWBORN OF PNEUMONIA BY POLMERASE CHAIN REACTION

摘要 应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测沙眼衣原体(CT)DNA,84例新生儿肺炎咽拭子中检出21例,阳性率25%。其中剖宫产儿阳性率16.6%(2/21);经产遗产儿阳性率26.4%(19/72);早产低体重儿阳性率50%(5/10)。提示新生儿为CT感染的高危群体;其感染CT以通过孕妇产道获得为主,偶有宫内感染;早产低体重儿易被CT感染且症状较重。PCR检测CT感染具有快速、敏感特异的优点,有助于新生儿CT肺炎的诊断。 We detected chlamydia trachomatis in swab from 84 cases of the pneumonic newborn by polymerase chain reaction. The positive was 21 cases. The positive rate were 25 %. The positive rate of the infant by cesarean section were 16. 6% (2/12). The positive rate of the infant by vagina were 26. 4% (19/72). The positive rate of the preterm low birth weight infant were 50% (5/10). Shown newborn was a higher danger crowd for chlamydia trachomtis infection. The infection by vagina was dominant and in uterus was happamed. The preterm low birth weight infant were easy to infected and the symptom were serious. PCR detected chlamydia trachomtis is quicker, sensitive, specfic and can help diagnosing chlamydia trachomatis pneumonia of mewborn.
