纤维囊性乳腺病的治疗、整形手术探讨

Probe Into the Treatment and Plastic Operation for Fibrocystic Mammary Gland Diseases

纤维囊性乳腺病是中青年妇女乳房的一种常见病。该病多以双侧乳房外上限为好发部位，且有恶变可能。以往手术多以单纯性乳腺切除、肿块切除为主，术后均导致乳房一定程度的缺陷畸形。本组病例为双侧外上限纤维囊性乳腺病，兼有乳房肥大患者，在行双侧外上限肿块切除时，采用内侧乳腺、乳头、乳晕瓣向外、向上旋转乳房缩小成形，达到切除病灶，同时又使乳房缩小成形的双重目的，取得了较好的临床效果。

Fbrocystic mammary gland disease is a commmonly encountered mammary dissease of middle aged and young women.It usually occurs in upper limit of double sides of mamma and has a possibility of malignant change.The opertions in the past mainly were the simple removel of mammary gland and tumor, which caused a certain mammary defect and deformity after opertions.The group of cases were patients suffered from mammary gland disease of fibrocyst on the double side of exterior upper limit and hypertrophy of mamma.When the tumors on both sides exterior upper limits were removed the mammary glands in inner side, ripples and areola outward and up to reduce the mamma and shaped them, attainning double goals of removing the focus and mamma shrunk and achieving good clinical effect
