促肝细胞生长素抗内毒素/感染性休克作用的临床观察

Clinical Observations on the Actions of pHGF for Antiendotoxic/Antiinfectious Shock

使用促肝细胞生长素（ｐＨＧＦ）治疗内毒素／感染性休克３６例，结果观察组病死率（６１．６７％）明显低于对照组（３１．２５％）。Ｐ＜０．０１。提示：ｐＨＧＦ在内毒素性休克抗介质治疗中起着显著作用。

Treatment with pHGF for 36 cases of endotoxic/infectious shock is reported. The results showed that the fatality rate (16.67%) in treated group was markedly lower than that (31.25%) in control group ( P <0.01), suggesting that pHGF played a marked role in antimedium therapy for endotoxic shock.
