17例上尿路结石经ESWL治疗后再行开放性手术报告

Report of 17 Cases of Calculi of Upper Urinary Tract Retreated by Open Operation After ESWL Therapy

探讨上尿路结石经体外冲击波碎石治疗后再行开放性手术的原因，认为碎石残留石街形成、体外冲击波碎石对组织的损伤及输尿管僵硬不利碎石排出，是手术的重要原因。上尿路结石经体外冲击波碎石治疗后肾脓肿的发生率明显高于未经体外冲击波碎石治疗者。

The causes of retreating by open operation after ESWL therapy are discussed,the author considers that the important causes are residua of crushed stones,formation of stone streets,tissue injury caused by ESWL,and stif ureter inimical to pass out the crushed stones.The incidence of renal abscess was markedly higher in patients receiving ESWL than those without ESWL.
