低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射治疗114例类风湿性关节炎

Intravascular Irridiation of Low energy Laser for 114 Cases of Rheumatoid Arthritis

应用Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光血管内照射（ＩＬＩＢ）治疗类风湿性关节炎（ＲＡ）１１４例，结果治疗组临床缓解２５例（２２％），显效４８例（４２％），好转３３例（２９％），无效８例（７％），总有效率９３％，而对照组显效７例（２２％），好转１６例（５０％），无效９例（２８％），总有效率７２％，两组相比，有显著差异性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示ＩＬＩＢ治疗ＲＡ疗效显著，操作简便、安全，易于接受，值得临床推广使用。

Treatment with He Ne laser intravascular irridiation for 114 cases of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) was performed,the results showed that in treated group,clinical remission:25 cases(22%),excellently effective:48(42%),improving 33(29%),ineffective:8(7%),the total effective rate was 93%;in control group,excellently effective:7(22%),improving:16(50%),ineffective:9(28%),the total effective rate was 72%;comparison between both groups showed significant difference( P <0.05),suggesting that this method had excellent effect for RA and had the advantages of simple operating,safty and was liable to be accepted by patients,it was worthy of spreading to use.
