全麻中喉罩和气管导管致心血管反应的比较

Comparative Study of Cardiovascular Response Induced by Larygeal Mast and Tracheal Tube in General Anesthesia

选择全身麻醉病例６２例，随机分为气管内插管组（插管组）和插喉罩组（喉罩组）。分别比较插管（放置喉罩）前后及拔管（取出喉罩）前后的ＨＲ（心率）、ＳＢＰ（收缩压）、ＤＢＰ（舒张压）、ＲＰＰ（心率和收缩压乘积）。同时比较插管（拔管）后与放置喉罩（取出喉罩）后的以上各项指标。结果：插管和拔管即刻各项指标均显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），而放置与取出喉罩即刻各项指标无明显改变（Ｐ＞０．０５）。两组相互比较，插管组明显高于喉罩组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：全麻中，喉罩在放置与取出时对循环系统的影响较轻微，明显优于气管导管对循环系统的影响。

Sixtytwo adult patients with anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups. In the first group,the tracheal tube was used for airway management;in the second,the mask was used.The changes of HR(heart rate),SBP(systolic blood pressure),DBP(diastolic blood pressure),HRtimes,SBP(RPP) were observed at postintubation(preintubion)between two groups.The results showed that the parameters in the first group were raised,the changes with significant increase of the parameters were found in the 2nd group (P<0.05).The changes between 1st and 2nd groups had significant differences(P<0.01),suggesting that laryngeal mask did not induce obvious cardiovascular response.It is better than tracheal tube in general anesthesia.
