摘要
对确诊的５０例肺心病患者进行心电图和超声心动图对照观察，结果说明超声心动图对肺心病右室肥大的诊断具有较高的敏感性（Ｐ＜０．０５），对肺心病的早期诊断有较大的诊断价值。
Comparative observations on the ECG and UCG of 50 cases of cor pulmonale were conducted,the results showed that UCG not only had higher sensitivity for the diagnosis of right ventricular hypertrophy (RVH) of cor pulmonale (P<0.05),but also had greater diagnostic value for early diagnosis of cor pulmonale.
