Study on the Extraction and its Physicochemical Properties of the Red Pigment from Bougainvillea Spectabilis Wild

研究了紫茉莉科植物叶子花中红色素的提取工艺；测定了温度、日光、ｐＨ值，蔗糖和食盐等因素对该色素的影响。

The extraction technology of natural red pigment from Bougainvillen Spectabilis willd is studied. The effects temperture,sunlight,pH,sugar and table salt on the red pigment were examined. The production and application of this red pigment are also introduced.
