This paper has manage for water,electricity and gas by computer.The software interface becomes more friendly with UCDOS 5.0 Chinese characters panel under FOXBASE 2.10 software clrcustances.Makes inquirement and modification of recoder with a pop menu,which is convenient and rapid for users.Automation is realized after the final arithmetic results and the wage library are in the same network and transmitted.
