经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术临床应用体会

A Clinical Analysis about Percutaneuos Ballon Mitral Valvuloplasty

用国产改良Inoue橡胶尼龙球囊导管单囊法，经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术治疗风湿性二尖瓣狭窄66例。术后心功能改善64例（96．6％），二尖瓣口面积平均增大73．68％，平均左房压下降48．16％，跨瓣压差降低64．63％，左房舒张内径缩小10．36％。经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术是治疗风心二尖瓣狭窄安全有效的方法。本组采用改良Ross法穿刺房间隔，操作方便，可提高手术成功率，缩短手术时间。

Percutaneous mitral balloon valvuloplasty(PBMV) were performed in 66 patients withrheumatic mitral stenosis by using the Inoue single balloon which is improved and made inChina. After PBMV,the heart function in 64 patients were improved. The mitral valve area(MVA) increased 73. 68%. The average prvsure of left atrium decreased 48. 16%. The mi-tral valve gradient (MVG) decreased 64. 43%. Left atrium diastolic diameter decreased 10.36 %. PBMV is a safe and efficent method in patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis. The im-proved Ross method was used in puncturing atrial septum in these patients. We think that itcan save time,simplify operation and increase success rate.
