外伤性腹膜后纤维化引起泌尿系损害(附10例报告)

Urological System Damage Caused by Retroperitoneal Fibrosis Secondary to Injury (Report of 10 cases)

静脉肾盂造影（IVP）、逆行肾盂造影（RGP）及CT可诊断出外伤性腹膜后纤维化引起的泌尿系损害。本文报道10例因外伤引起的腹膜后纤维化病例。其中9例手术证实。全部病人病变均位于L2～S1水平段。术后病理提示外伤性腹膜后纤维化与血管外渗有关。

The diagnosis of retroperitoneal fibrosis (RPF) secondary to injury could be suggestedon excretory urography(IVP) or retrograde pyelograph (RGP) and CT by characteristic me-dial deviation of the midureter and mild hydronephrosis. The patients with RPF secondary toinjury were reviewed. The CT findings in RPF secondary to injury were a homogeneous massenveloping the urters. All patients had history of injury. The characteristic apperance onurography was bilateral medial deviation of the ureters at L2~S1. Histologic examination ofthis disease suggested that it developed with vascular leakage.
