股动脉—胫后血管旁路术治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎(附4例报告)

Treatment of Thromboangiitis obliterans with Femoro-tibialis Posterior Bypass (Report of Four Cases)

本文报道了采用股动脉—胫后血管旁路水治疗4例Ⅲ期血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者。其中尤其是股动脉—胫后静脉通路的建立，兼有静脉动脉化的特点，能迅速改善肢体缺血。同时在本组的血管旁路术中，有2例采用经处理后的异体静脉，屯获得了满意的近期疗效。

Four patients with thromboangiitis obliterans were treated by the femoro-tibialis poste-rior bypass. The results were fine after the follow up of nearly one year. The construction offemoral artery-tibialis posterior vein route in two patients,which has the characteristic of ar-teriovenous reversal,improved obviously the condition of his severe ischemic extremity. Goodresult was also got with the use of the managed allogenic vein.
